Your data protection rights

You can ask JE Insurance to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or request portability where applicable. Rights can be limited by legal, regulatory, contractual, claims or recordkeeping requirements.

Make a request

Email info@jeib.ng with the subject “Data protection request”, your name, contact details, the request you are making, and any useful account or policy reference. We may ask for information to confirm identity and authority.

Delete your account

Signed-in customers can permanently delete their account, applications, purchase history and uploaded application documents from their profile. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to manage a claim or dispute.
