These terms govern use of JE Insurance Brokers’ website and digital services. By using them, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our role

JE Insurance Brokers acts as an insurance broker and intermediary. We help assess needs, obtain quotations, arrange and administer cover with licensed underwriters. We do not underwrite insurance risk, and a quotation, estimate or calculator result is not an insurance policy or guarantee of cover.

Your responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate information, promptly tell us about material changes, protect your account credentials, and use the services lawfully. Underwriters may require further information and may accept, amend or decline an application.

Premiums, policies and claims

Cover starts only when the relevant underwriter confirms it under the applicable policy terms and payment requirements. Premiums, exclusions, limits and claims decisions are governed by your policy and the underwriter’s terms. We will support policy administration and claims, but cannot guarantee an underwriting or claims outcome.

Website use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use material from it except for personal, lawful purposes. We may change, suspend or withdraw website features when reasonably necessary.
